Refund Policy

  • You have 5 working days after delivery to notify us that you want to refund the product.
  • Any product returned back unused and undamaged in period of 5 days from buying will be refunded.

Exchange Policy

  • You have 15 working days after delivery to notify us that you want to exchange the product.
  • Incase of wrong size ordered by a customer, product will be exchanged and shipment charges of Rs.300 to be paid by customer at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong size sent by Kolhart will be exchanged without delivery charges.

  1.  What would make the product eligible?
    Item is not the one ordered, or the item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery.
  2. What are the conditions for the return of the item?
    Seal must be intact if there is one.
    Item should be in original condition.
    Item must not be used.
    Item must include all packaging & accessories.
  3. What should I do after requesting my claim?
    If your claim is accepted by our team, then courier the item via recognized courier company. And inform customer services via email/telephone.
  4. What will happen after my item is received by you for return or exchange?
    Within 7 days of receival of your item, you will be informed of the validation check performed by the Quality Team. If validated, you will be refunded the amount within 7 working days via Bank transfer.
